You're both a seeker and a coach on the path of bringing greater consciousness and mindfulness to the every day, busy lives of others.

You're busy caring for and supporting others in your life and through your career—you probably wouldn't have it any other way.

And, you also know (deep down) your own growth, sense of connection, and personal energy influence how you show up to support, lead, and coach others.
Which is why now, more than ever, it's important to take your own development even deeper.

It’s not about knowledge, but inner wisdom. It’s not about mastering the next skill, but rather connecting to a deeper experience. It's not about what's missing. You have the tools and resources you need.

Now, it's a matter of letting more of what’s already within you emerge.
"A retreat . . . is this really what I need?"
We get it. You're busy. Raising the consciousness of the world—that takes work and effort.
Besides, you take care of yourself . . .  well, sort of anyhow.
Many of you—as seekers, coaches, teachers, and practitioners—are already experiencing inner transformation and growth. You’re likely awakening in various ways—becoming more conscious in your choices, more empowered in how you approach life, and nudging and shifting your life in a direction that is in more authentic alignment with what you desire life to be.

But at times, that same awakening and transformation can feel like a seesaw balancing act, teetering betweenthe life you've known and the life you want to experience. And when you dedicate your life to the service of others, it can be hard to find time to pause, take a breath, and reconnect with your most true self and inner desires or steady the seesaw. Sometimes we convince ourselves that our self-care and personal development routine is "good enough." It gets us by from one day to the next. But when you compound "just getting by" over time, you start to lose the momentum of energy you first felt when you really began to look inward and began taking care of your desires, wants, and needs through personal development and spiritual growth.

When there are clients to call, leads to follow, ideas to explore, and plans to execute—who has time to check in with themselves?! You’ve got a practice to manage and grow. It can be really difficult to disconnect from the energy of caring for others, as a practitioner let alone as a compassionate human being.

It's with you in mind that we’ve designed these retreats. Imagine how you might show up as a coach and professional if you allowed yourself to receive the space you need to clear your mind, reconnect to your whole self, and practice a little self care.
Reconnect to your highest self. Gain the space you need to practice and connect more deeply and directly to your highest form of being.

Expand mindfulness practices. Live, lead, coach, communicate, and relate with greater presence, connection, compassion, and discernment.

Achieve inner balance for outer balance. Connect to the peace and joy within that brings our inner life into balance, allowing our decisions and actions to carry out into the world from this place.

Raise your capacity for impact. As you grow, deepen, and expand, so does your ability to powerfully impact those we care for, support, coach, and lead.

Reconnect and align with your purpose. Strengthen and deepen the connection you have to your sense of purpose, knowing, and contribution

THE UNCOVER PROCESS
You can’t think your way into a new experience of life. You have to EXPERIENCE it to BECOME it.
The Uncover Retreat Experience will explore five paths of consciousness and awakening to understand yourself, your true nature, and your life more deeply and fully. You’ll also connect the insights you’ll have with real world, everyday situations and action.

Together, we’ll explore these five paths through dialogue, meditations, satsangs, reflection, community sharing, and immersive practices and small group exercises. You’ll have ample time to interact with the conscious community of seekers, coaches, and practitioners that gathers, while also enjoying personal time to rejuvenate, reflect on, and integrate the insights that come up for you. Some have said this experience is like coming home again . . . to who you truly are.

WHAT YOU'LL EXPERIENCE . . .

Embrace a Meaningful Pause

When there are bills to pay, dishes to do, projects to complete, games to play, kids to tickle, businesses to build, and life to live, it's hard to create the space you need to gather your thoughts and really understand what you're experiencing.

We get it. That's why we've designed our retreats to be a space that is more about your immersive experience and reflections than it is about information and fact gathering.

This is a space you can have to take a deep (meaningful) breath and sort through everything that's been weighing on your mind. This is a space you can lean on and use to create the room you need to grow, personally as well as professionally.

Engage in a New Experience of Self

How close are you to living your best possible life? To living your fullest expression of who you genuinely are?

This gap—between who we know ourselves to be and how we feel we have to show up in life—creates a tension in our hearts and minds. We know there is something more for us—to experience, to share, to contribute. But we feel as if who we are is covered up, whether by our responsibilities, circumstances, and priorities—and we’re losing years of our lives not fully being ourselves. It’s time for that to end.

Through experiential learning, you'll begin to remove the layers that pull and hold you back. When you leave this retreat, you'll understand yourself more deeply than you ever have before and you'll uncover the process by which you can begin to fold this new form of being into your everyday life.

Explore Pathways to Possibility

You do NOT need to be transformed.

Transformation is based on the belief that you’re not already whole, you’re not good enough already, you’re less than. That’s just not true. No more of this. That story won't be told here.

Sometimes it's hard to see the forest through the trees, especially when you're in the thick of it.

What the facilitators and guides at the Uncover Retreats will do is help you to step back, take a look at the bigger picture, figure out what the pieces of your puzzle look like so you can uncover new pathways, or (more likely) pathways that have always been there but you may not have been fully aware of their possibility.

Connect With Your Community

You don't have to venture into the woods of self-discovery alone. The Uncover Retreats present a unique opportunity to connect with yourself while reconnecting with the iPEC family and co-creating a new, more personally engaged and supportive community

This is your chance to share moments of deep connection and insight with other people who get it and people you WANT to connect with. They understand you. They're on the same path. Each of you hopes to find a way to more deeply connect with yourself and the world around you as well as the ones you love, while connecting the world you were a part of before to the world you want to create now.
"The uncovering process gives anyone a good roadmap on approaches to alter their perception
and more frequently be joy. It leads all to their own promised land."  —Bill B.

THE 5 PATHWAYS OF UNCOVERING
After serving hundreds of personal clients and more than 3 decades of combined experience in coaching, spiritual growth, mindfulness, and personal development, 5 pathways have emerged as the greatest means to tap into your full potential, generate the clarity and confidence to the live and work in alignment with your true self, and bring about extraordinary experiences and results. You’re able to draw on any of these pathways in any situation so that you can navigate that moment in a way that is high conscious. This retreat is an immersive experience for you to use these pathways to uncover and access your own answers for creating the life of your dreams, inside and out.

Awareness

Awareness is about seeing what is—not the illusion created by our minds. It’s the ability to see the truth—the ability to see what is as opposed to creating a story about what you see. See “what is” is challenging because we are programmed to look at everything through lenses and filters of our past experiences and beliefs. We each see what we expect to see. What we see in front of us, in our lives, is a reflection and projection of our inner view and perspective. If we expect darkness, we see darkness.

Within the retreat, you’ll explore what it means to be aware and how you perceive, expand your awareness to include many new ways of seeing life, and connect to being the perceiver—meaning the observer of and in your life. You’ll also experience an exercise that will have you “see” your life as you never have before.

Acceptance

While awareness is about seeing without interpretation and filters, acceptance is about experiencing what you see and feel without judgment. Acceptance is perhaps the most powerful tool that you could ever incorporate into your life. Most emotional suffering and stress come from non-acceptance. The idea and practice of being accepting of people, places, and things, accepting of thoughts, accepting of yourself, accepting of your circumstances and others’ circumstances, and accepting of everything that happens is guaranteed to change your life and reduce your suffering.

Within the retreat, you’ll explore what blocks you personally experience with acceptance and self-acceptance, challenge the judgments you make and understand what they close you off from experiencing, reflect on where in your life you experience more resistance and why, and learn to play with and embrace unconditional acceptance.

Knowing

Consider this, you know you that you exist, but how do you know that? You just know, right? Knowing is the part of you that knows you’re aware. Knowing is an aspect of your true self that is wise and intelligent, and what some also call intuition. It’s the part of us that allows us to listen, experience, and connect with life but without our minds attaching labels, judgments, agendas, and thoughts onto what is unfolding.

Within the retreat, you’ll explore your own intuition and expand its reach, challenge your own belief system and learn how to examine it regularly, play with reality-changing ideas and see what emerges, and consider various paths to deeper knowing to connect with those that best serve you.

Presence

There is only one moment that exists—this one. Now is all there ever is. Presence is about being fully here and now in our experience of life. Much of our life is spent with our minds dwelling in the past, thinking of what was, or considering and even imagining the future, thinking of whatever could be. In either instance, you’re not present as your experience is not about what is and instead it’s about what you make out of what is. When you’re present in the moment, everything changes—you become more aware, less judgmental, and experience a greater sense of peace, joy, and even bliss. When you are totally focused and living in the moment, all your energy is available to you, and you are living closest to your full potential.

Within the retreat, you’ll explore what it feels like to be fully present through a series of exercises and practices grounded in the moment. You’ll also experience what it feels like to give and receive presence while in connection with another.

Freedom

Freedom is the true nature of everything—it’s the end result of the uncovery process that removes attachments, desires, blame, guilt, anger, and all the things you are not. Once you remember the truth, once you uncover and let go of everything that you are not, you experience the freedom that is already within you that is waiting to come out. You don't have to find freedom. You just have to eliminate everything that is not freedom.

Within the retreat, you’ll explore your true nature as you also turn to face the fears, attachments, feelings, and desires that limit you from fully experiencing life as you are meant to. We’ll celebrate the pathway of Freedom and the experience of the retreat with a powerful exercise to integrate your 3 days of exploring, wisdom, and self-realizations.
